I need to use a field from one tab in a table report on another tab

I've tried so many different things so far surrounding the summary field and maximums but i can never get them to show up where i need the information.
I need to use a field (Out Date and Time) from one tab (Clock Entries) in a table report on another tab (Reviewers), where I need the most recent clock out time to show up next to the person's name (Reviewer). Problem being, the date could be anything- there is no parameter for limiting data.
The clock entries are also linked to a different tab (Timesheets).
Timesheets can have multiple Clock Entries
Reviewers can have multiple Timesheets- therefore multiple clock entries

If you are always trying to pull the "latest" clock out time; then summarize the max the Record ID# of the child where the [Clock Out Time] is populated and the [Clock Back In] time is empty

Then lookup that record id# back to the child-table

Then add a 2nd summary field that pulls the Max Clock Out Time where the [Record ID#] = [Max Clock Out] record id

You may need to build in some combination to recognize the "latest" timesheet first; and only pull the latest-clock out time from the latest timesheet.
