Insert link in Email Notification

Question

Hi.I'd like to insert a MS form link in a notification where the receiver will just click on "Click here" and then they will be redirected to the MS form in another tab. Any idea how should we get this done?

This is an example for a Rich Text field which will act as a hyperlink.

var text Words = ....;

var text URL = URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_PATIENTS] & "?a=dr&rid=" & [Related Patient];

// this last part is always the same

"<a href=" & $URL & ">" & $Words & "</a>"

I'm not sure what you mean by an MS form.
