Maximum number of fields you can display in a drop-down for a lookup field?

I created a report with 13 fields.

In another table, a lookup field uses this report to present data entry options to users. 

However, the lookup field only displays 9 fields - and not 13 - when users go to select a record. 

Is this a QBase limit or is there a way around it?

I require all 13 fields so users can be sure they are selecting the correct record.

      That is strange as it should display the first 100 choices before you need to start searching for more by starting to type.  Can you check if the report that you are using on the form to drive the drop down list is filtered?

      What I meant to say is that I'm trying to display the 13 fields within a single record. You will see only 9 fields highlighted blue below.





      The lookup does display many records as you described.
      I guess that there is a maximum of nine fields probably arranged 3 x 3. One solution is to make a concatenated field that combine some of your fields together into one field.
