Open Email Notifications - Can I look up an email address universally across my app?

Hello,

I have a bunch of "Open" email Notifications and Subscriptions that go to a non-user's email address.  He just told me that he is changing his email address and need to have his notifications and subscriptions updated.

Is there a universal way for me to search ALL notifications and subscriptions across my apps to see where his email address is being used?  

I'm concerned that I'll be manually clicking each table and reviewing all the individual email notifications to see which ones need to be updated.

Josh,

This is not perfect but will help.

Go to the Application Settings, not any of the Table Settings.
Click on App Management


in the section for Manage App Structure,   click on Search & replace in schema



Put in the email address and it will give you results from throughout the app.

Be careful.  There is no undo.  Mistakes are easy here.
