Pull in Salesforce Data Using external Azure/Sql database

We have been given 3GB of Salesforce data to create a QB app. Since there is a 500MB limit on tables, we are looking into some other ways to connect an external Azure database to QB so we can still use the front end functionalities of QB. We are looking into options to connect these two, but wanted to come here and see if any of you had other options for how to pull in this data without hitting the 500MB limit on table size. I would first determine what structure your application will take. This will give you an idea of how you need to break up the data. Once you've done that, I can't imagine that you would be near the 500MB per table.
