Running pipeline output seems execessive

This is the output of a running pipeline I am testing. I have a search looking for records where a check box is checked. There are 87K records in this table. Am I doing this right or is this going to tell me it found 100 records where the check box is not checked? 8700 times... 

How do I filter the logs?
