Search all with conditional dropdown

Is there anyway to have a conditional dropdown where if nothing is selected, it searches all, otherwise it uses that condition?------------------------------Mike Tamoush------------------------------

You would need to have three relationships.

One that you have now with the CDD
One without the CDD

Then a final calculated formula to calculate [Related Parent (final)] that you would use to pull in the lookup fields.
