Show buttons on top of table home page, not in each row

Is there a way to display a table button, say something like "Go to home page" that has a Formula URL assigned to it, at the top of the page? I created the button and I want it to display at the top of the page just like the "+New Task". I don't want the button to display on every record since it's meant to take the user back to the Home Page layout.

I can't seem to find anything that changes the button positioning under "Customize this Page" or in the table settings menu.

If this is a form and not a report you could make the button its own field and put it above the report link
