Summary Field that Counts how many Date / Time records are in that Date per User

Hi,

I have a tough situation that I am desperately trying to wrap my head around.  I have two tables: A technician table (One) to a Measure table (Many).  So 1 Technician can have many measures. 

I have a report from the measure table where I can see that a technician, in this example Aaron with many Time_iM_SnapshotTI (a date /  time field).  I need to count how many snapshots happen per Time_iM_SnapshotTI date for that technician.  For example Aaron Smith will have 2 Time_iM_SnapshotTI for 9/3/2021 and 9/7/2021 respectively.  How do i go about summarizing based on that fields date and technician?
