URL formula to open up a specific Jira ticket

Hi, I am trying to create a URL link between a Quick Base record and a jira ticket with in an URL formula. Is this possible, if so, I want to connect a QB record that contains "xyz" in the field "project title" (text field) to be connect to a specific Jira ticket number ("xyz_123"), so that a user can click the URL button in QB to go to the relevant Jira ticket.

    You would create a formula URL field that would compose the Jira url based on the ticket field in quickbase. Then configure that field to show as a button and optionally in a new window (see the properties of the url button.

    I definitely understand that much, Surya. I need help with the 'formula' that should go in the URL formula field.
