Viewing content from a hidden table?

I'm sure I'm missing something simple here, but I have a few tables that are source data for table-to-table relationships.  I don't want / need most users to see the information in these tables so have unchecked "show in table bar" in the advanced settings.  However, occasionally I DO want to see what's in that table.  The only way I've found to do that is to change that setting, look at what I want to see, and then change it back.  Is there an easier way?

One way is to go into settings, find the table, then reports, then the List All report and run that report.  Another alternative is to set up a bookmark on your browser or on some kind of admin dashboard to link to a report in that table.

Another option is to 'Hide in Table Bar', within the UI of a Role (manage roles).
