Which Fields allow you to select 'Allow Some HTML'?

Which Fields allow you to select 'Allow Some HTML'? Looking through previous conversations, it appears they no longer apply, since Formula Text/Rich Text do not offer the option.  I just need an icon/image to show up in leiu of the respective address.

The old Allow HTML is now simply a Rich Text field.  All Rich Text fields allow HTML.
      Try this

      If([Number]=7,
