1D barcode generator

Hello I used this API couple month and it worked fine, but last couple weeks became really slow:
"<img src=\"http://bwipjs-api.metafloor.com/?bcid=code128&text="&[RECEVIED ID#]& "\"\"/>"

try to use different API, but no luck:
"<img src=\"http://www.keepautomation.com/online_barcode_generator/datamatrix.aspx?DATA="
&[DATA]
& "\"\"/>"

what I doing wrong?
