Add Editable Line Under NewBom-NeedHelp

Report A - report that pulls NewBom infor from Master report.  In Report A, I want to add a line under the NewBom and put information there. How do I create an editable text line under a NewBom item

In order to make the child table editable, or have the ability to easily add a new line item.

You will want to make that report "Editable".
You can do this by "Customizing this form", finding the child table report link.
Then check the box that says "editable".

Now when you are viewing the parent record is edit mode, you can easily just start typing the new line.
When you save the parent record, it also saves the child record.
