Adding a form on my website to login to Quickbase

Question

I need to add a custom form on my website which will take username/email and password as input and will redirect to QB website after logging in.How do I deal with that?

Not really tested by try this and let me know

https://mycompany.quickbase.com/db/main?a=SignIn&ifv=1

That should just land the user at the My Apps Page. The &ifv=1 will hide the Quickbase branding, b t maybe you want it so you can decide if you need that.
