for my future self... tested, works as expected. for {{ a.user.id }} - using record owner would look like this: {{ a.record_owner.id }}

+7Has anyone figured out a solution using pipelines to tag someone (@) in a RTF so that the custom notification fires the same as if a user @mentioned someone using the standard/built-in form?
