Automation should not Update Last Modified by.

Hi All,
I Run an Automation Which updates a Checkbox of a Table. This Checkbox modification, in turn, triggers a Notification.

The problem here is with [Last Modified by]; The Automation updates this [last Modified by] field with the owner of the triggered Automation.


I don't want [Last modified by] to show Automation owner name, instead should show the person who actually modified it.


This there any way to handle this?

    np
    just make a User field called [Send Notification From} and have a step in your Automation populate that with [Last Modified by]. Then change your Notification setting at the bottom to trigger on single record Notifications only and you will be able to select that User field as the FROM.
