Automations: reference proxy fields

Question

I'm defining an automation action, and the field I'm looking for is not showing in the Values dropdown (below). Is this because it is a reference proxy field?

Also, here's the relationship info (the Automation is being created from the 'Leads' table):

You cannot update lookup fields. You need to populate the value for [Site ID], and the relationship will populate all the lookup fields.
