Blanket Reminders/Contacts

Question

I have a database that contains projects, companies, contacts, etc. I want to be able to set up a scheduled reminder to reach out to the contacts. We have 140 active projects, over 100 consultants, and another 100+ leads that we are trying to follow up with. I need to remember to systematically contact them all at the appropriate interval so automated reminders will help out.

I have explored reminders for contacts but it seems to only be triggered from the date added or when the contact is modified. Is there a way to do this across all existing contacts?

I suggest make a report of Projects needing reminders where the current user is in one of certain fields. You could for example come up with a formula where at say intervals of 30 / 60 90 days based off a date field that a checkbox is true, today. Then send that report out daily to all users.

ie your solution is to use a report and a single Subscription and not a Reminder.
