Bringing together exact forms from different tables

I am working on a site survey form that has 11 sections. Two of them can be brought into a master exact form via an embedded details table. It feels as if the other 9 sections would make the table unwieldy, it would be more logical to break them up into 3 parts with 3 sections in each. However, I would like to print out one exact form, not three different one.

Would be grateful for any suggestions.
