Can I export a grid edit report to csv?

I dont see an option to export a grid edit report to csv or excel. Do you guys know if there is there a way to do so?

    I think you just need to see the report in view mode to save as spreadsheet.

    I've just run into this for the first time - is it the case that a Grid Edit report (as a report type, as opposed to a Table Report being accessed via Grid Edit Mode) cannot be exported as csv?
