Cannot access support cases

Yes, I was unable to access support on Sunday. I have not tried today because I'm on a chairlift now, skiing.

We are having some issues with our support portal with specific users, our team is working right now to resolve them. If you do need to check in on a case you can message me directly and I can see about getting the team to reach out or you can still put in a case on the website and if you let them know about the issue they can reach out directly to your email.
