Change Text Color based on condition

Question

I have a report that reflects  Total Items Requested;   Total Confirmed Ordered;   and Total Fulfilled(shipped).
IF Requested = Fulfilled I'd like the value to show GreenIF Fulfilled < Requested then show value in Yellow
