Does anyone know how to change a string or multiple words which is the result of a formula into the appearance of a Multi select field with that pill/bubble format?  I can control the delimiter between the words

Mark,

The native Split function (a relatively new creation, I believe) will convert a text string into the multi-select bubbles. Here is the support info for the function:

The function can be used with or without defining a delimiter, the default is a semicolon unless otherwise specified. If you end up with strange blank bubbles in your result due to one of the words in your formula being blank in some instances, let me know as I've figured out a workaround.
