Color code cells based on dates

Question

Hello
i have this table:

and I am wondering if there is a formula way to grey out cells that would be before the arrival date or after the departure date with the weekending date (Saturday) as the guide date to the row?

Unlike excel, there is not a way to do cell colorization by a setting. So you will need to make new fields which are background shaded.
