Connect Table emails to identify users

Hello,

I have a table that pulls in persons name and email. I need to identify these emails with the system users for notifications. However I don not know where to begin. Can someone please advise?

Are you just trying to sent out a Notification to those email addresses?  If you so you can make a Notification of Type Open and send an email to anyone, even if they are not a User.
