Is it possible to create new records using more than one form from a table home page? I would like to use a table to contain all of the fields I need for a couple of different forms that have some overlapping fields and then have multiple create new record buttons that will utilize a specific form for each of the buttons.

+24Yes, It is possible to make a URL formula button for an ADD Record button on the Dashboard to specify which form to use. However, it quickly gets very messy when you go to view records, as the system will not have a way to know which form to use.
It will be far better to have one form and use form rules to control which fields should show and be required.
