Creating a calendar made of user selected events

I have a form in which a user selects the start date of several different activities throughout the year.
There is no end date.
Some activities may even have the same mm/yyyy start date.   Some months may have no activities.
I would like to take each activity entered and display them  in a calendar or chart like setting as a visual reminder as to when they need start each individual activity that has a start date.
End result to look something like:
   01/2021             03/2021       03/2021    06/2021      09/2021      12/2021    01/2022
 start activity1     start #2        start#3       start#4       start#5         start#6     start#7

Can this be accomplished in Quickbase?

In order to show these in a Calendar report, each date would need to be represented by an single record. So, if you need your users to enter this information in a single form, you could still have a Child table and have Pipelines create the individual records. You would then build the report on the Child table.
