Custom Buttons Returning Me To Previous Page

I am currently having an issue where my custom buttons return me back to the previous page instead of advancing me where they need to go.  This only seems to occur on the mobile version and works fine on the web version.  Here is the formula for one of my buttons below, any help is appreciated

URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_PERSONNEL] & "?a=er&rid=" & URLEncode([PersonnelRecordCopy])
&"&dfid=2" & "&z=" & Rurl()

    In my experience getting the Mobile version to control where a user goes after a save does not work.
