Question
Dropbox: Is there a way to link out to a Dropbox files so that PDF attachments can be stored externally?
+1We need to archive files, but still have a quick access to them. Can we store the files in Dropbox and then create a link to them? I know that within Dropbox you can create a link for the file and then you can store this link in a URL field in Quickbase. However, we have thousands of files to store so that stop running out of space in Quickbase.

You might try contracting with Juiced for help with that, for example if you wanted to move the existing files out of Quick Base to somewhere else. https://www.juicedtech.com/
