dynamic form rules not working in mobile view

Dynamic form rules to show or hide fields is working in web view but in mobile view are not working. 

Debugger console shows an error when updating the field that triggers the show other fields.
"<div data-id="_fid_178">     <select  onChange=' OnCHF(this);'  name='_fid_178' id='_fid_178' size=1>"

Please advise.

    I'm not certain, but I thought dynamic form rules don't apply to mobile?  There are certain features throughout that aren't present in the mobile landscape.
