Is it possible to dynamically change the title displayed on an add record form (e.g. "Add [single record name]")?
In the attached screenshot I have a table called Activities, which has the display name Communications in my sidebar. I would like my primary add form to say "Add Communication" instead of "Add Activity" to match the display name.
Of course I could change the table's "A single record is called..." setting, but I'd prefer not to do this for the same reason I'm using a different display name in the first place, i.e. a client requested the change and the app already has a lot of dependencies based on the original name I'd prefer not to have to worry about.
I'll change the table name if I have to, but what I really want is to be able to change the text displayed on my add forms dynamically based on the use case.
The same table also stores notes which are not associated with an actual communication, but still belong on the same table for simplicity's sake (tl;dr the two types of records require much of the same data to be entered and it's preferable to be able to group them together in reports, summary fields etc).
I want users adding those types of records to see the text "Add Note" instead of the table default.
Is this possible?
