Edit Record in Pop up window?

Question

I've found multiple threads on this but haven't been able to stumble on the solution.Does anyone have a low-tech way to create a URL button to open a form and edit a record, but in a pop up window ?Currently I just set a formula URL to open in new window, which gets the job done but it would be nicer if I could have it in a new window and set the size.
