Email Alert based on Child Record.
+9Is it possible to filter email alerts based on the child records? I would like to alert the appropriate Team when a Purchase Order is received. The associated Team is part of the child detail records, not the Parent PO itself. I added a summary field which counts records if part of a Team, but adding this to the filter seems to preventing an alert from being triggered. Thanks

It sounds like you are taking the right approach and something is wrong with the filter. Can you provide a screenshot of the filter setup? Thanks
+9Hi, This did end up working. There was just a slight delay in this version of the alert compared to the unfiltered alert. Thx!
