Email form via pdf to users

I have a form that has multiple report links within that I would like to email as a pdf to users each week.  This would be the same functionality as report subscriptions, but for forms.

It does not look like there is a way to do this for forms or pages.

Anyway to do this?

Not natively.  You would need to use an add such as this one from Juiced
