Exporting csv into a File Attachment Field

Hello,
The question I have is as follows above. I am using Webmerge to pull data from Quickbase to generate documents. Unfortunately, I cannot pull field data from multiple locations (i.e. Fields from multiple child records from a parent table). This would be solved for me if there was a way to either:
1) Be able to export report data using webhooks or
2) Attempt to use Webmerge to loop through the data in a .csv file to populate table data

So is there any way to accomplish either of these?

Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

As an alternative to generating documents using Webmerge you can use Exact Forms Plus where you can pull data from many child tables very easily.  Exact Forms Plus is a third party add-on that is designed specifically for Quick Base.
