Extract Everything Left of 3rd Underscore from Right

Hello all,I am working on building a formula that will extract everything left of the 3rd underscore from the right. Sample date: 139_EDWARDS_DR_NW_VIENNA_VA_20176Desired result: 139_EDWARDS_DR_NWI have tried variations of Part, Left, NotLeft, Right, NotRight, Find and just can't seem to figure it out.  Anyone have a solution?
