Field selections based on other fields

Hi,
I am trying to create a sort of workflow for people creating a case.
Essentially, I want them to:
1. Choose a department.
2. Then choose a level based on the chosen department.
3. Then choose a role based on the chosen level.
4. Then choose Position ID based on the options left from filtering it down to this.

Does that make any sense?
