Find Out the distinguish values from a multiselect field

I have built a formula for a multi-select formula field. The formula looks like this: GetFieldValues(GetRecords(("{F1.EX.'"&[xxx] &"'}"),[_DBID_xxx]),F3)). 

The formula is working fine. But it also populates duplicate values. 

How can we get distinct values from a list?
