Form Section Heading Displaying Different Font Colors

I have an app with multiple tables. In some tables on the custom forms the Section Headings are displayed in black bold text. In other tables in the same app on the custom forms the Section Headings are displayed in blue normal text. How is this? I cannot work it out and it is driving me crazy!
