Formula based on a field modified or not

Hi,we are in a need of formula in one case as below.two Fields A & B we have.We would like to have a formula if A is modified B will be checked else B will be unchecked.How can we fulfill this team?Regards,Ravi------------------------------Ravi Siddana------------------------------

There are different options depending on your situation.

Can you tell me if A is a Data Entry field or a formula field (including bring a lookup or summary field).

Also, will your Users be doing entry just on Forms, or also grid edit. Will you be importing data?
