help text not showing

Question

Hello,I have a field tip that is not showing up on my form. I haven't had this happen before and I am not sure what the issue could be. Please let me know if you see something in my settings or if I have missed something :)Below screenshots show the field information, the form element properties, and the field on the form.

Are you saying that the field is not showing in the form or the help text is not showing up for the field on the form?
