Hi Guys, I'm new to Quickbase I have trouble in building relationship. Pls help

1.I have two tables called Companies and Orders
2.I created Table to table relationship in Orders(Companies to Orders)
3.Issue-->I select company name in Details table.  If I try to access the Orders table I'm not getting the Company name in the company field instead i get Company address value in the Company name field.

    You have to change the default record picker on the advanced settings table for the companies page.Or you van create your own report to drop down.

      Hi Hemavathy,

      When a relationship is first built the reference proxy, in your case Company Name, pulls a selection of fields from the related table. You can change what fields are used to identify records from your Company table by going into the Company table, opening up the settings, and selecting the section for Advanced Settings. Under Advanced settings is an option for setting up how records from the Company Table are identified. From here you can select 1 to 3 fields to show up in the Company Name dropdown to help you identify records. 



      This way you can set it up so that when users are pulling records from the Company table the fields that show up will be the ones that make it easiest for them to identify the right Company. I hope this information is helpful and welcome to the Quick Base Community.
