hide the data for another users

Question

Hi,I want to display the highlighted "documents" only when the status is approved for specific user    and it should not show the another documents. (like me requesting to access the documnet field after getting approved. i will able to see only that document not others.)

You cannot show/hide columns on a report, but in fact there is an elegant solution.

This syntax as a formula Rich Text field will create a link to the file and display the file name as the link to click on.

var text Words = ToText([documents]);

var text URL =URLRoot() & "up/" & Dbid() & "/a/r" & [Record ID#] & "/e99/v0";

"<a href=" & $URL & ">" & $Words & "</a>"

// change the 99 to the field ID of [documents]
