Hiding apps based on roles

I'm getting ready to launch an app to users with a very limited role to users outside my company.  Is there a way to hide all apps except for the one I'd like them to use? I'd also like to hide the ability for them to create a new app.

The only users that will see this new app are the ones you invite to it. So if you only invite a small subset of your current users(or brand new ones) to it they will be the only ones able to access it. Unless I am misunderstanding the question I think you will be fine doing this.

As far as the ability to create apps that should be handled through your admin console in the Users section. You can go to those user accounts and set what they are allowed to do if you have high enough permissions.
