How do i make a User field display as First Name Last Name

I have a user field which currently displays as Last Name, First Name (e.g. Stephens, Matt). The drop down choice is also Last Name, First Name.

How can I make this First Name Last Name (e.g. Matt Stephens)?

Interestingly, I also have a User List field, which displays nicely as First Name Last Name.

      Hi Matt,

      You need to select Full Name from the display option under the display section.

      Sweet. That was easy. Thanks! Do you know of any way to set this as a default at a more global level (app or realm)?
      You can put in a User voice to ask for this.  i wish we could do that.  Use Voice is off "My Apps" page.
