How do i reduce purchased users with access?

Question

I currently have 41 users but paying for 42 purchased users with access. How do I reduce this?  I tried deny and deactivate a user but still the purchased users with access stays at 42 and doesn't reduce to 41.

Figured it out.  I had to navigate to billing and then lower the purchased amount from there.  Now it shows 41 purchased in the account dashboard.
