To delete individual records, open in Edit mode and click the red X marked delete towards the upper right. If you open in View mode the Delete is under More towards the upper right.

If you want to delete multiple records and can filter a report to show just those records, you can find Delete under More towards the upper right.

Thanks for responding to me so quickly. I am trying to delete multiple records at once. Delete isn't listed under more. Below, I've copied and pasted what shows up under "more" on my screen. Please help.
Import/Export
Print
Search & replace in these records...
Save as a spreadsheet
Sorting & grouping...
Change reporting defaults...

If delete does not show, it would appear you do not have permission to delete in your role.  I can only assume at this point that you are not the application administrator.  My best advice at this time is to fine the application administrator withing your organization to delete the records or adjust your permissions.

I am the application administrator. I checked that. I am using the software on a free trial and I am the only one in my organization using it. I am the only one with an ID. Any other thoughts? thanks for your help so far.

I am a little stumped.  Try going to Customize this report next to More then scroll to bottom under options and make sure "Edit from this report" is checked.

Also, if you click on Users then Manage roles, make sure the Admin role has Delete checked in green

Also check that "Hide Multi-record Options" is not checked for that table for your role.

App Settings > Role > [your role - probably Administrator] >  User Interface tab > Hide Multi-record Options

Not sure whether that functionality has been disabled in recent releases over the years, but I am also unable to work/delete multiple records from within the report view (admin). Have to click individual records and delete manually. Isn't there a more efficient option?

Most things that you want to do in Quick Base which are not intuitive are under the little More .. at the top right.  If you run a report of the records that you want to delete there is a delete option under that button off the report screen.

I am experiencing the same limited view as posted above. There is no "delete" option, see attached

Ok, found the workaround from the "Grid Edit" view where it is possible to mass select and delete multiple records. That one did the trick. Thanks.

Are you running a report, or are you on the table home page.  That is not the same thing.

I am running a report. Where can I find the table home page? Can I see the full table view with the respective values for each field as I seem to be able to find how to display only the field list from settings. Thanks.

I can tell from the screen shot that you posted of the menu that you see, that you were on the table Home Page.  The table Home page is the page you get when you click on the square icon for the table.

There should be a blue link to reports and charts.  That will allow you to run a report.

There is definitely an option in that drop down to delete all records from a report if you so choose. In other words, I can use filters (or dynamic filters) to show a specific set of records and bulk delete them. Or you can delete them line by line in Grid Edit.

Ok, may be I'm mixing terms because when I click "Customize this Page" the view is named "default report". So, yes it is clearly visible under UI section that this is the Home Table page. So closing the loop back to the missing "delete" option under the More menu but still a lot more efficient to manipulate the data from within the "Grid Edit" view.

Please listen top what i am suggesting.  You are making this more complicated than it is.

1. Run a report.
2. Use the more button and you will see the delete option.
