How do you get the full URL of attached file using an API?

When I run a query I get the file name but I need to pull the link. How can I do this?

    You need to write a short URL formula to generate a link to the file attachment using one of two formats described in the API docs:

    File Management
    https://help.quickbase.com/api-guide/index.html#filemanagement.html

    The two URL formats are as follows:

    https://subdomain.quickbase.com/up/DBID/a/rRID/eFID/vVID

    https://subdomain.quickbase.com/up/DBID/a/rRID/eFID/vVID/FILENAME.EXT
