How to column name in the summary report?

Hi Everyone,

I'm unable to find option to change column name on the summary report. It default shows the field name.

Unlike table reports, it's not possible to change the column name on a summary report.  The only options would be to make report formula fields or else real fields to mirror the native name with  field with a different nme.
